We understand that you occasionally need a higher level of service beyond the traditional service that most rental companies provide. We can accommodate your requests, however, these extra efforts will necessitate an additional charge.

Yes, we do offer a Damage Waiver. Basically, for a small fee, we will not hold you responsible for any accidental breakage or damage of equipment. Ask your customer representative for details.
Responsibility for the equipment remains with you from the time you receive it until it is back in our possession. All equipment must be stored inside the vehicle. Tables or other equipment may not be secured to the top of vehicles. Our insurance does not cover rental equipment while in transit or in your care & you do so at your own risk.
